During the Flagstaff Food Tour, you taste enough food that, for most participants, lunch afterward is not necessary. With the drink and food tastings combined with breaks for architectural, cultural, and historical insight, most participants are comfortably full after the food tour.

Our season runs April-October and we run at least 2 tours per week. If you do not see a date available then please contact us, we may be able to add a tour date to our current schedule.
-
Our tour guides are instructed to start the tour on time. Our tours are time sensitive, as we coordinate with our vendors on times when we will visit them. Additionally, our tour guides are paid to work within a certain timeframe, as many of them do other tours for us on the same day. When participants are late, it creates a domino effect that affects the participants, vendors, and tour guides alike. We will not offer any refunds or rescheduling opportunities for participants who are late for the tours.
-
Once tickets are purchased, these are binding. Tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event. No exceptions.

The food tour tends to be long for some children who have a limited attention span, so the Flagstaff Food Tour may not be appropriate for some of them. Since there is a lot of standing and walking, please consider this when deciding whether the culinary tasting adventure is appropriate for your child. We do not offer discounted tickets for children.

It’s important to stay on schedule so that the food is freshly prepared for you.
